You need to schedule your practical training with a PADI dive centre, where you will put your gained knowledge into action in different rescue scenarios.

Course requirements:

• PADI (Jr.) Open Water Diver Cert (or equivalent)
• Emergency First Response (Primary and Secondary Care)
• Minimum age: 12 years
• Adequate swimming skills
• Good physical health
