This is a high quality BS214 N90 (high durometer) o-ring used on the neck of the scuba cylinder. If you have ever had issues with an o-ring blowing on your scuba cylinder, it's most likely because the o-ring was worn or because a low durometer (N50 or N70) o-ring was used instead of the N90 durometer ones. These o-rings are stiffer and harder, specifically designed for use with 200+ bar scuba cylinders.
